Visa Applications

Appeals & Immigration Litigation Guidance

lthough Citygate provides Level 1 assistance only, we help clients understand decisions, request reconsiderations, and access the correct appeal routes. Where representation is needed, we refer clients to trusted Level 2 and Level 3 advisers if required.

EU/EEA & Brexit Applications

We help eligible EU/EEA nationals and their families with applications relating to the EU Settlement Scheme, late applications, family permits and status enquiries.

Sponsor Licence Support

We guide UK employers on the requirements for a sponsor licence so they can hire overseas skilled workers. We help prepare mandatory documents, ensure compliance with Home Office rules, and support the application process.

Fee Scale – Immigration Advice Services (Level 1 Adviser) Effective Date: 27 July 2025

In compliance with Code 9.1 of the 2024 Code of Standards, Citygate Accountants Ltd provides the following fee scale for immigration advice services delivered by a registered Level 1 Immigration Adviser. All fees are inclusive of administrative time and document preparation. Disbursements such as Home Office application fees, translation, or courier charges are not included. VAT is applicable where relevant.

Visit Visa Application	£450	Includes supporting letter and checklist.
Further Leave to Remain (FLR)	£700	Applicable for FLR(M), FLR(FP), etc.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)	£850	Includes document review and submission.
British Citizenship (Naturalisation)	£500	Standard single applicant.
Student Visa Application	£500	Student Visa Application £500 Tier 4/Student visa route.
Administrative Review or Reconsideration	£350	Preparation and submission only.
Sponsor Licence Application (Employers)	£1,200	Includes HR system advice.
Dependent or Child Applications	£350	Per applicant, alongside main applicant.
Document Checking Service	£150	Per application.

All fees are fixed unless otherwise stated. Where complexity or urgency arises, additional charges may apply with your prior written agreement. A full quotation will be provided before services commence.
